Refund Policy

First purchase: 14 days, no questions

Your first purchase of Gold or a Founder seat comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Ask within 14 days of the purchase and you get a full refund, no questions asked. This sits alongside — and never reduces — any statutory withdrawal rights you have as a consumer in your country.

Subscription renewals

Renewals are not automatically refundable, because you can cancel any time before the renewal date and keep access until the paid period ends. If a renewal charged you by surprise — you cancelled and we billed you anyway, or the service was materially broken for most of the period — contact us and we will make it right.

Founder seats

Founder seats follow the same 14-day first-purchase guarantee. A refunded Founder seat goes back into the 200-seat pool.

How to ask

Email support@midasflip.com from the address on your account, or use the refund option in your Polar receipt — payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, and refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

What refunds don't cover

Trading outcomes. MidasFlip shows market information; it does not guarantee flips, margins, or profits, and in-game losses are not refundable events. Accounts closed for abuse (section 3 of the terms) are refunded only for the unused remainder when the law requires it.
